Junior Buffalo Soldiers

"PURPOSE"

The primary objective of the Junior Buffalo Soldier program is to promote the legacy and history of the many accomplishments of African Americans in defense of our country. The Woods and Wanton will serve as mentors to young men and women.

"CRITIERIA FOR MEMBERSHIP"

Must be ages 10 thru 17

Students must maintain a "C" average (2.5) GPA with no behavior indicators, related to following rules;

a. Respect

b. Respect for Authority

c. Respect for peers and their property.

"GOALS"

The organization's goal is to mentor young men and women to succeed in life regardless of obstacles. Our mission is to provide positive influence and reassure a child that they are special and act as a barrier to negative pressures and influences.
