Today, the Tampa Chapter is a(501)(c)(3)non-profit organization, that is committed to fostering patriotism, courage, and self reliance in our youth by:

Supporting local schools and youth organization that promote sound mind, body, and spirit.

Exemplifying high moral standards, respect for God and country while promoting community involvement.

We participate in community events such as the Veterans Day and Memorial Day Ceremony, Tyer Temple Church Share Program, Kid Fest, Brandon 4th of July day Parade, City of Tampa  Annual Black History Program, Junior Buffalo Soldiers at Anderson Academy Elementary School, and the Martin Luther King Center School Supply Giveaway.

Leroy Carolina & Frank Bell: The Buffalo Soldiers of the 9th and 10th Regiment is a Black calvary unit created after the Civil War.

The soldiers fought in the Spanish American War, helped with the expansion of the west, and contributed to the Indian War of the Great Plains.

Leroy and Frank will recall this "courageous and tenacious" group and their role in American history.
